Your privacy is critically important to us. At Slavgas we have a few fundamental principles:

Like most website operators, we collect device information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request (“non-Personal Information”). Our purpose in collecting device information is to better understand how our visitors use our Site. If you are a registered user of the Site and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to a) tell you about new features, b) solicit your feedback, c) manage your personal account with us, d) contact you regarding any Business Proposal (if you are the Artist see Artist Terms), e) just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Slavgas and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via info@slavgas.com or via one of our feedback mechanisms on the Site), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of Personal Information.

Aggregated Statistics. We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on the Site. Slavgas may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Slavgas does not disclose this information other than as described below.

We disclose Personal Information only to our employees, contractors, Clients (if you are the Artist see Artist Terms) and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services vailable at our Site, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors may be located outside of your home country; by using our Site, you give Slavgas your consent to the transfer of such information to them.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 or under the minimum legal age under local legal requirements in the state, province, or jurisdiction of residence (“Child”). If you are under the age of 16 or other minimum legal age, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. If you have reason to believe that a Child has provided Personal Information to us through the Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete any stored information from our databases.

You may, at any time, decline to submit Personal Information to us; in which case, you may not be able to use certain services.

In order to further enhance the user experience, we allow users to comment on the Site, enabling users to discuss and contribute to topics posted on the Site. Users have the option of signing up for this service, and to do so must submit validation information, e.g. Google+, Facebook, Twitter login information. This information is not verified by us directly and is only shared with us in accordance with the privacy policy of the third-party platform on an as needed basis.
